At dog e-store we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorisation claim number. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, dog e-store reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund
