| When will I receive my order? |
dog e-store will normally despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery in the UK will depend on your chosen shipping method but is guaranteed within 7 days of placing an order. Express (next day) shipping in the UK is only guaranteed to be delivered next day if the order is received before 3.00pm on a weekday. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for overseas orders.
