Pounds Sterling, Euros and $US. We accept Mastercard,
Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB,
Solo, Switch and cheques. |

| Do you deliver to locations outside the UK? |
dog e-store delivers
all over the world. These destinations incur delivery
charges which are displayed at the review stage before
payment is taken.

| Must I pay by credit card? |
| No. You will be given the option to pay by cheque/PO
or credit card. |

| Can I place an order by telephone? |
| Yes. Just decide on which items you would like to
order, note the product codes and call us on +44 (0)1270 522833 between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. |

| Will my package be insured? |
| Yes. If an order payment is processed and fails to
arrive or arrives in a damaged condition, we will happily
replace it. |

| What if my purchase arrives damaged? |
| Any damaged products should be notified to dog
e-store within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace all damaged
items once they have been returned to us. |

| Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? |
| You can cancel orders that have not yet been accepted
for despatch by calling us on +44 (0)1270 522833. Please
have your order number handy. |

| What is your return policy? |
| dog e-store will replace any faulty or damaged items providing notification is
given to us within 24 hours of receipt. Other returns will be at the discretion
of dog e-store. Carriage expenses are non-refundable. |

| How do I return a purchase? |
| Post the goods to dog e-store, Highfields House,
Worleston, Cheshire CW5 6DU. Please write ‘returned
item’ on the package. |
